after a week of trying i was finally able to log in after calling customer support, the rep unlocked my account (before that i had no way of knowing my account was locked) - i recommend calling (yesterday, 5/21 at ~7 pm pst)

I'm seeing the same thing as reported below. I can log into citibank and see balances and pay bills. But internal transfers are not working. I can do it from the iphone app.

It's Chrome! My husband's bank balance was completely wrong (-$10,000 !!!) and he was unable to transfer between accounts. Tried Safari and the balance is back to normal.

Same here. This has been going on for a week. FOR A WEEK, by now.
I can pay credit card and wire money online but absolutely impossible to move funds between internal citi accounts, which is absurd. Calling Citi Customer care? No help, and instead getting blamed for my server or connection. ???? Citi has the most useless, rudest, and condescending Customer Help via phone. This is very strange considering they have our money.

online.citi.com has the worse signing architecture. It throws an error that is temporarily unavailable. There customer support sucks amd ridiculously poor service. I have sent several messages and got no response. I called in twice – the agents who attend the calls have no sense of customer service.
They have no idea how to understand the trouble... no information on when is this problem going to get resolved? They don't have any idea other than 'Sorry sir' Everything is by the books and written scripts. They don't care to understand my problem.
I will have to decide to shut down my Citi account and move everything over to another bank if this doesn't get resolved.

Tried different browsers, from desk top, from mobile app, cleared cache, citi has no idea why not logging in. My card is activated. Created online account for the new card, w new user ID & password. Received confirmation email from citi of new user ID, even tried copy & pasted to make sure no typo. Literally nothing works and still can't log in.

Tried to reset password Vai forgot password link, enter info required & get looped back to "Currently experiencing a Technical Issue" "We can't complete your verification at this time.". Citibank Online sign-in page is still looping back to itself, as it has all day (Sunday, July 18, 8:26 pm in Tucson, AZ, so getting close to midnight on the East Coast. I was able to access my account, early this morning, EDT, but I wasn't able to sign off. I was uncomfortable leaving it opened online, so I called a number I found online. They sent me form one person to another, and finally a tech person tried to help me, but he said I had to erase the browsing history on my computer, for all the years I had it, to hide my citi info. . All I wanted to do was log out.
